  4cs members Lynne and Roger Mellors  at the bank holiday weekend IWA festival at Waltham Abbey   We are very proud to have won the RCR Challenge Trophy Award again this year. Between the St Neots Rally last year and the Waltham Abbey one this year we have done 1093 miles and 637 locks.
