To meeting was held online between 18.00 on October 18^th and 18.00 on October 20^th.

22 people were represented in the voting.

1.The Minutes of the AGM 2018 were approved by 22 votes.

2. The committee was re-elected to serve  by 22 votes
3. The Commodore’s Report was approved by 22 votes.
4. The Treasurer’s Report was approved by 22 votes
5. A further donation of £200 to  Cotswolds Boatmobility to fund the training of a volunteer in RYA Power Boating Level 2 was approved by 20 votes.

There being no further business, the meeting was concluded at 18.15.

I am also pleased to inform you  that the committee met shortly after, and Richard Whitby is confirmed as Commodore for the coming year 2019/20
